Obituary

Espirita Mataban was born on May 24th, 1931 in Dagupan City in the Philippines and passed away from us, to go with God on Sunday, June 4th at 9:54am..For her last days, 3 sons, 2 daughters, and 1 daughter in law were blessed to be by her side.

.She is survived by her very many children, grandchildren, great, and great great children..Nanay (nawn-nye).
Espirita was the strongest and bravest lady any of us have ever known. She came to America in 1982 and retired from Levi's company as a quality control inspector. Espirita loved to laugh, and was very quick witted.

She was great at making a joke, and always willing to be the butt of one as well.. She was also a very adventurous woman, who loved to dance, cook, and play penny slots at the casino! But her favorite has always been just hanging out around some good food, with her very large and loving family, many of whom we are so blessed to have here with us today.

The family feels very grateful to have the honor of gathering together for this celebration of Espirita's life..a life well lived and now, an eternal peace, well earned..
